Important Information Regaring New Cobra Two Way Radios

The MT200, MT550 and MT750 use a new earpiece which has a plug like an EPM, but wired differently. The old headsets, which worked with the mt525, mt725 and mt925 will not work.

The MT200 and MT750 use a new charger with a plug similar to an EPM. The old PMR chargers will not work. The MT550 uses a charger similar to the MT200/MT750 charger but it works at a different voltage. The MT200/MT750 charger is not compatable with the MT550 charger. We will have stock soon.

The PMR battery packs (COFABPP) do not fit in the new radios. The MT200, MT550 and MT750 use 'AAA' size NiMH rechargable batteries. The MT200 uses 3, the MT550 and MT750 use 4 each. Non Cobra 'AAA' batteries can not be charged in the radio.
