Noise is all around us on a daily basis.  Whether it's from commuting to work, flying to on holiday, exercising in the Gym or even working on a computer, there is a constant din that surrounds us, and it can be a source of frustration or something more serious.  It's a scientifically proven fact that noise causes elevated blood pressure, stress and other physical and emotional disturbance!
