What is the expected communication range of this product?

With all PMR446 radios, they are rated at between 3km and 5km in ideal conditions. This can be reduced though if it is a built up area.

Does this Radio have a head set or in-ear piece availiable?

Yes there are, and we will be adding a comprehensive range of compatible headsets over the next month.

can this product be used as a monitor device to listen to children etc....?

It does have VOX, however we would recommend using a product that has a specific Baby Monitor function.

Can I use this in the states - ie - will the charger accept 110V input?

Unfortunately PMR446 is not suitable for use in North America.

I bought a pair of these at Christmas and one of the batteries has stopped charging. Do you sell replacement batteries for this model and if so how much would a battery cost and how long would delivery be,

Unfortunately we do not have spare batteries available for this product, however you should be able to source them direct from the manufacturer.
