This is a very well designed piece of kit and works very well. I have 2 versions - one with the over the ear clip style earpiece and the other with an air-pipe style earpiece.
The over the ear clips are much less cumbersome and less noticeable and are essential if they are to be used by children or poeple with small ears, the air-pipe style fall out of small ears.
The connector pin is actually about 2mm to long for the Cobra 750/800's and can be pushed in too far, causing permanenet keying. The product is good enough to make a work-around for it, a small collar can be easily fashioned out of the inner ink-tube of a Bic biro. Pushed up to the top of the pin - it stops the pin being pushed in too far and all works perfectly. |
