For some reason, there has always been a historic issue with the Samsung bluetooth implementation and third party accessories. We understand that the device will work, however not with caller ID. This function works fine with all other phones, it just appears to be a problem with Samsung phones.

Yes it is, however there may be some issues with caller ID displaying. This is because of the way that Samsung have implemented Bluetooth.

Is the Caller Display the Name from the paired phone address book or just the telephone number?

It just displays the number, there isnt a facility to upload the address book to the handsfree as well.

The PNG11 is the newest version, looks slightly better and has a longer talk/standby time. It is also more expensive!

It would be nice to actually see this on the sun visor, so we can see how it would work both with the visor up & down (in use)

Yes it will work with the 6310i, and it comes with both a 12v car charger, and a mains charger.

It will work, however we do not believe that caller ID will work correctly with some Samsung phones.

Spec says this product will pair with up to 4 phone, but can only use 1 at atime. Does this mean that if I have 4 phones, if one rings I can choose from a list or only from the one which is currently paired?

If a phone rings, and it is paired, the PNG11 will provide voice for that phone. In order for it to work, the phone must have been paired before the call is taken.

I have bought this product and the problem I have is that everybody who talkes to me can hear thier own voice to a degree that the hands free kit is unuseable, I have to park up to talk to them. I can hear them and they can hear me its just if they make any sound the feed back is terrible plus it has 2-3 second delay. Is there a solution to my problem my phone is a nokia 6310i and the problem occures with every body I talk to.

If your phone has auto answer capability, then yes, it will auto answer.

I bought your product about a year ago and it never worked well because it was in a truck and the sun visor was too far away to be heard!
I have recently given it to my Dad to go with his new phone howerver we are trying to pair it with his phone and it is asking for a pin nº. I have no idea what the pin number maybe as I no longer have the instructions! The only numbers on the device next to a bluetooth logo are 02188 which does not work and another Nº which is stamped next to another bluetooth logo 0f 0605 which also does not work.
Please could you help me with the pairing Pin Nº.

Make your phone search for new devices
in bluetooth mode, after charging up PNG11 & turning on , you activate the pairing mode by pressing multifucntion key in the middle of unit, pair together using passcode : 8888 , then they will connect together & then ready to use.
