How it works
It uses GPS technology to determine its proximity to speed cameras, the Talex Lite displays your current speed so you can always keep an accurate eye on your speed. The Talex Lite database warns the driver of an approaching speed camera by an initial voice alert at 500 yards. Talex Lite announces and displays the speed limit of the road. If at 200 yards the vehicle is over the speed limit, Talex Lite will advise the driver to reduce speed and sound an alert as the vehicle passes the speed camera.

The compact TALEX Lite features a simple ‘plug and play' dashboard mounting system which means it can be active in seconds. The bright LED display, combined with clear speed limit announcements, keeps the driver safe night and day. A special feature of TALEX is road specific activation - its ability to identify specific roads that contain speed cameras as you travel towards them, rather than locating cameras in a general area or zone. This eliminates the annoying and distracting false alerts of many other devices.
