Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are based upon weight, the shipping method chosen and your location. We are able to send light, non expensive goods via Royal Mail and heavier or higher value goods via our City Link courier service. The web site will calculate the shipping charges based upon the weight of the goods and your location as you proceed through the checkout.

Mainland UK deliveries, with an order value of £20 or greater, are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.

Examples

As an example, a light, low value item can be sent for £1.80 using Royal Mail Recorded delivery to anywhere in the British Isles.

A heavier or higher value item can be sent anywhere on the mainland for £5.50. This is a next day service from when we ship the goods, typically no more than three working days from when you place the order. For most items, we can ship out next working day. If in doubt, email us for confirmation.

Please be aware that the Royal Mail postal service is not guaranteed, and as such we do not recommend it for anything that is urgent, heavy or high value. If Royal Mail lose your parcel, we have to wait 15 working days from when we ship the goods before we can process an insurance claim with them and resend your goods. For this reason, we strongly recommend the use of the courier service.

For orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and anywhere in the UK where travel over water is required to deliver your product and also to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, we would normally send items up to 2KG via Royal Mail Special Delivery and items over 2KG by Royal Mail Standard Parcels service. We can provide a courier service however there is a £15 surcharge from our couriers.
